Eligibility for Return
Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number and a clear photo of the product (with tags and packaging visible).
Once approved, we’ll share the return instructions.
Return Fee
A return shipping & handling fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Note: We currently offer exchanges at an exchange fee of ₹150. The exchanged item may come at a ₹150 COD.
